Leon White IPA is dry-hopped Belgian Wit brewed with bitter orange peel and coriander. The wit yeast used during fermentation produc- es herbal and spicy aromatics that mesh well with the citrusy notes of the dry hop. Notes of banana, bubble-gum, and clove come through from the Belgian yeast, adding to the complexity of the beer.
