WELCOME TO FAY STREET

We searched high and low to find the perfect home for our brewery. In 2011 we had the opportunity to connect with the Diggs family. They had a long history of running small businesses in the area and had a vacancy at what was once a meat packaging facility.

In April of 2014 we opened the doors to patrons for the first time and have never looked back. Since then we have expanded our footprint by doubling our production rooms size, added a second floor patio and container bar as well as outdoor bathrooms.

We will continue to push ourselves to provide the best possible experience for our patrons as well as producing the highest quality beer made in the world.
