Shiphead is an American Wheat beer that is brewed with Peruvian ginger, coriander and or- ganic lemon zest. Peruvian ginger adds more cit- rus qualities compared to Chinese Ginger which is spicy and bitter. It’s a refreshing beer that excels in warmer months due to it’s bright, lemon notes from the zest that is added directly to the tank post-fermentation.
